We recently published updates to all these apps that support creating and signing into a Faber Account. Once signed in, you can register the app with your Faber Account. Then, you can sign into your Faber Account in SignalScope X or SoundMeter X and purchase a corresponding perpetual license with a substantial discount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">App registration with a Faber Account is supported in the following apps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>SignalScope Pro 2022<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SignalScope Advanced 2022<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SignalScope Basic 2022<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SoundMeter Pro 2022<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SignalScope Pro 2020<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SignalScope Advanced 2020<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SignalScope Basic 2020<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SoundMeter Pro 2020<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cross-platform perpetual licenses for SignalScope X may also be purchased at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.faberacoustical.com\/store\">FaberAcoustical.com\/store<\/a> (including discounted upgrade licenses) and activated in SignalScope X with your Faber Account. (SoundMeter X perpetual licenses are only sold via in-app purchase within the app.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Upgrade Process<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As an example, if you have previously purchased SignalScope Advanced 2020, the process is as follows (also see screenshots, below):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Launch the previous app (e.g. SignalScope Advanced 2020)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap\/click on the Info button in the upper righthand corner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap\/click on Faber Account<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sign In (you&#8217;ll need to create an account, first, if you haven&#8217;t already done so)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap\/click on the &#8220;Register This App&#8221; button<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirm that your account information indicates that this app is now registered<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exit the app<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Launch version 13 of the X app (e.g. SignalScope X)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap\/click on the Info button in the upper righthand corner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sign into your Faber Account, if you haven&#8217;t already<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the Info menu, tap\/click on the in-app store item (with the shopping cart icon)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scroll down to perpetual licenses and tap on Shop for Perpetual Licenses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verify the discount has been applied to the corresponding perpetual license (e.g. Advanced Tool Set 2026)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can now purchase the upgrade license with discount pricing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SignalScope Advanced 2020
